What Do They See When They See You Coming?
The Power of Perception over Reality
How others perceive you is your business, no matter your profession! It is not as simple as you might think. Attitude and behavior are important building blocks for relationships, but they are not the only ingredients necessary in constructing patterns of meaningful interaction, communication, and effective performance.
Through What Do They See When They See You Coming? participants will be given the unique opportunity to factor perception into their leadership equation. Participants will discover that their attitudes and actions do not automatically flow untarnished to another. They will learn to honor the power of perception over reality. They will discover that assumption is your enemy. Do not assume that others know what you know, that others know what you wish they knew, or that others know how you feel. If you are interested in how others perceive you, this session is a must!
The objective of this presentation is to enable participants to learn to lead, communicate, and encourage their team members. They will more closely resemble what the other partner thinks he sees or desires him to see.

The Missing Lynx
Finally, A Speak-In-Public Learning System
It is never too late to address speaking skills. Speaking skills are vital. These skills are not difficult. Whatever you are doing in life, everyone needs to be able to speak well – if you want to soar to the top! Unfortunately, the “speak-in-public” skills that are so desperately needed have been largely ignored.
This presentation is designed to give participants a tremendous advantage. The most valuable lesson learned is that speaking in public is easier than you imagined! Through this presentation other lessons learned are to:
- Have fun speaking in public.
- Hassle themselves less with negative thoughts.
- Gift themselves more with positive thoughts.
- Surprise themselves with an “inside” gift.
- Keep it simple, smarty.”
- Use “What? – Why? – How?” questions to make it easy.
- Build a simple five-room speech-house.
- Use “carrying wheels” to deliver their speeches.
- Become an “Advantage Speaker” person.
- Stack the speaking-odds in their favor.
- Transform your nervous energy into a friend.
- Ask purpose, person, place, and process questions.
